Pro soccer in Austin is brand new. Austin FC has played in MLS since 2021, at Q2 Stadium, and the city got attached right away. It’s the only major-league team in town, so everybody follows it. It’s hot most of the year, so games run late. And between two shows, there’s always a 5v5 looking for one more player.
