The apps to find a soccer game in 2026

In France, you've got four ways to play without a team. WhatsApp groups, if you know someone. Your venue's own app, if you always play at the same place. Playtomic, mostly for padel. And Poteau, which shows games from lots of venues with open spots, price and level.
WhatsApp groups
Free, fast, and everyone already has it.
But they're closed. You need an invite. And to know if there's a spot left, you scroll back through the thread.
No level, no price, no list of who's in. Great for a crew that already knows each other. Not so great for finding one.
The venues' own apps
MyUrban is UrbanSoccer's app. You book a field at an UrbanSoccer or UrbanPadel venue. You invite teammates, and everyone pays their share online. If someone drops out, a feature called Supersub helps you find a sub. Some venues have a €6.50-per-player online rate.
LE FIVE has its own app too. You follow your games and can join a game at a LE FIVE venue. There are leagues and tournaments as well.
What they share: each app shows its own venues. If you always play at the same place, that's perfect.
Playtomic
Built for padel and tennis, with thousands of clubs worldwide. You can join open games, and a rating system estimates your level.
For padel, it's the go-to. Soccer isn't its main thing.
Poteau
Poteau brings together games from lots of venues in France: LE FIVE, UrbanSoccer, Stadium, independent venues and public fields. Some are posted by the venues, others by players who are a few short.
For each game, you see open spots, price, expected level and who's in. You sign up without knowing anyone. Nearly half of player-run games need just 1 or 2 players.
For level, there's a quiz, for soccer and padel. It gives you your Poteau level, from 1 to 10, on your profile. It asks for your own guess first: more than half of players sell themselves short.
On price, partner venues show a discount on about half their games. And you almost always pay on site.
The limits: to book a whole field, you go through the venue. And for padel, Playtomic has far more clubs.
