Sacks Playground

Sacks Playground is at 400 Washington Ave in Philadelphia, between 4th and 5th Streets and between Washington Avenue and Federal Street. It has a pool, baseball fields and basketball courts. The neighborhood civic association says local residents also use it for soccer games.
